NPA Proud To Support UCA Young Community Pharmacist Of The Year Award, UK

The NPA is sponsoring the Young Community Pharmacist of the Year award, one of the nine Pharmacy in Focus awards at the Ulster Chemists' Association Ball on Saturday 19th January. The category winner will receive a £1,000 gift voucher to spend on NPA products and services.

Helen Rhodes, NHS Service Development Manager (North-East, North-West England & Northern Ireland)said: "The NPA are supporting the new awards organised by Pharmacy In Focus to promote excellence shown by pharmacists in the province. It is vital the industry encourages and promotes innovation amongst its members at a time when policy makers are looking at the role of community pharmacists in providing health services."

The ceremony will be held in the Ramada Hotel, Shaw's Bridge, Belfast with Dilip Joshi, NPA Chairman, presenting the NPA sponsored award.

The National Pharmacy Association (NPA) was established in 1921 as the trade association of community pharmacy owners. To reflect the changes in the pharmacy environment the NPA now extends membership and its associated benefits to all members of the community pharmacy infrastructure.
